Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: You have  7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

  • Product Condition: Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • Original Packaging: All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and attached to the product.

  • Proof of Purchase: Please include the original invoice or order confirmation with your return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items:

  • Lingerie, socks, and swimwear

  • Any products marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" on our website.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Request a Return.

  • Log in to your Brand Account.

  • Go to ‘My Orders’.

  • Click on ‘Return’ next to the item you wish to return.

  • Specify your preferred refund method (source account or Brand Credits).

  • Complete the required details and click ‘Submit’.

  • You will receive a confirmation of your return request.

  • Alternatively, you can email our customer support team at support@fashexuber.com with your order number

  1. Schedule Pick-up: We offer a free reverse pick-up service for most locations in India. We will arrange a pick-up from your address within 2-3 business days. Please ensure the package is ready to be handed over to the courier.

  2. Self-Ship: If a reverse pick-up is not available in your area, we will provide you with the address to self-ship the product. Please ensure the package is packed securely to avoid damage. We will reimburse the shipping cost once the return is received and verified.

Quality Check: Once we receive the item at our warehouse, it will undergo a quick quality check. If the item meets our return criteria, we will process your refund or exchange.


Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product Policy

  • In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please email us at support@fashexuber.com with your order number and clear photos or a video of the product and its packaging.

We will arrange for a free reverse pick-up of the item. Once we verify the issue, we will offer you a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping charges, as per your preference.
