Cancellation Policy

Pre-Dispatch Cancellation

• You can cancel your order at no cost as long as it has not yet been shipped from our warehouse.

• To cancel, please log in to your account and go to "My Orders" or contact us immediately at support@fashexuber.com with your order number.

Post-Dispatch Cancellation

• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to receive the order and then follow our standard return process.
